Join Chef Fabiola Tropnas as she guides us step by step on how to prepare braised beef using Guinness stout, accompanied with a warm and delightful garlic truffle mash potato. Braising is an ancient cooking technique that combines dry and wet heat to create tender, flavorful dishes. This popular cooking technique is used in versatile ways across restaurants in the nation.
